As souls experiencing our life journeys within our physical bodies, opportunities to support and strengthen the connection between our body, mind, and spirit are powerful catalysts for healthy bodies, positive, loving spirits, and minds focused on all we have to be thankful for in our lives, which naturally draws ever more such experiences to us.

Dreams is especially proud to have Linda Guerrero, E-CYT 500, present our Yoga offerings.

Yoga is a practice encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines to support well being and inner-person spiritual growth. It is deeply rooted in ancient India, with a rich and vibrant history that spans 5,000 years.

Beyond Yoga, Dreams sponsors Wellness programs, and invites skilled, devoted practitioners to share their unique gifts within our premiere facility.

Instructor Linda Guerrero offers the 3 following weekly classes at Dreams.

Candlelight Yoga & Restore, Monday 7:00 - 8:15 pm

This restful, evening, meditative form of Yoga allows participants to focus on their breath, while releasing tension within their bodies through passive stretching. Participation in these sessions help us reconnect with and help heal our Parasympathetic Nervous System, relax, and move between states of stress and rest with greater ease.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:00 pm

This class links asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work) by fluidly coordinating the breath and body in vigorous moving meditation. Here is your opportunity to strengthen your mind, body and breath connection with modifications and advancements. We will incorporate focus, strength, cardio, flexibly, balance, physical and mental stamina in this beautifully synchronized class.

Gentle Flow Yoga, Fridays 10:00 - 11:00 am

This class takes time with transitions holding most asanas (postures) for a few or more breaths. We incorporate props (yours or ours) such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps to deepen and feel differently into the poses. This gentle moving meditation is suitable for all, especially those who seek a slower pace or would like to dive deep into flexibility, calmness, and recovery.

Wellness Activities

Wellness offerings encompass a wide range of programs, events, and activities.

Whether Ecstatic Dance to Tibetan or Crystal Bowl meditations, workshops focused on consciously creating whatever we desire within our lives or healing circles to assist in releasing whatever imbalances have come to exist within our bodies, minds, or spirit, these together represent a mere sprinkling of the events Dreams has offered.

The common thread interwoven though all such experiences is a caring, loving intent to assist participants in experiencing whatever growth, expansion, or release they desire to create and/or experience within their lives.

It is this spirit in which Dreams was created, and which subtly permeates all that takes place within Dreams.
